Appointment Booking begins at 7am on November 1, 2014

Thank you to
the families that took the time to register.
Online Booking of Parent-Teacher interviews will begin at 7am on November 1, 2014. For families having trouble registering
online, computers will be available in our community room on Monday November 4 from 9 to 10 am..

Appointments - Parent Instructions
1.
Go to our school appointments web site: http://ogdenjps.schoolappointments.com/
2.
Register for an account by clicking the "REGISTER" menu tab and filling in
the on-line form. Choose a user id and
password for yourself and then click the "Register Now" button.
3.
Add your children into the system by clicking the "Add a Student" button. Click "Insert New" button to add more children.
4.
Click the "date"
icon beside each child's name to schedule appointments. Select the staff you wish to book
appointments with and the "View Calendars"
button. Use the "Ctrl" or "Command" key to select multiple
staff to view at the same time.
5.
Click on available time slots to book your appointments and
then click the "Book Appointments"
button to save your bookings.

– 给家长的使用说明
1. 到学校的面谈预约网站:

2. 点选”REGISTER”
选项,注册一个帐号,
并填写线上表单. 设定一个使用者帐号和密码后,
点选”Register Now” .
3. 点选”Add
a Student” 选项,
将您的小孩加入这系统. 点选”Insert New” 选项加入更多的小孩名字.
4. 在每个小孩的名字旁边点选”date”
的选项, 来预约时间. 之后选择您想要预约的教职人员并点选"View
Calendars"的选项. 使用”Ctrl” 或者是”Command”的按键来选择同时查看多位教职人员.
5. 点选可用的时间来完成预约,并且点选”Book
Appointments” 选项来储存您的预约.
